Went to check in I was told they didn’t take my card which was chime, she cancelled my room but took money out of my acct for the room. If you don’t take my card you shouldn’t have been able to take the money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was very stressful. We rented two rooms. There was a loud pool party with nonstop screaming, running, loud noises, and music blaring from 6PM until 11PM. The staff was informed by me and several other customers to no avail. I tried to checkout and leave to another hotel, but because I got my reservations through Travelocity, I would not get my refund from them. I needed to go through Travelocity. So we decided to grind it out. The stay was horrible and the staff was not helpful with the situation. They claim there was a baseball team on site and they were having a party. And that it was allowed until 10PM. But it was ridiculous and not worth the stay at all. I would rate this "ZERO" stars if I could.

Recommended a stay here!

I usually stay at the Hampton across the street. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived here. This is a great hotel! I'm happy I took a chance on it. The reviews were spot on. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast had a variety of selections and was well stocked. The price was fair for the area. I'll stay again on my next business trip.

Good stay, except for hearing guests upstairs walking on wooden floors, including creaking, really bad at 6 a.m. Not mentioned to staff at checkout was that the bathroom sliding door was very difficult to close (room 127). Also shower/bath cubicle a bit tight

I loved this inn - truly a beautiful place to stay. The service is excellent, but what I loved the most was the pool and garden area! Such a pretty and friendly place. It gets animated in the evening, and I loved how it encouraged socialization with its outdoor sofas and benches, as well as the well-maintained plants that shaded the yard and made it so pleasant. What a treat of a place! Apart from LaFuente's resplendent garden, breakfast was plentiful, the room was well-appointed, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay!
