"We had a nice stay at this resort for my birthday. We went for lunch after checkin to wait for room to be ready and in less than 10 minutes I noticed I only had one towel card, went and told them immediately. Upon check out I was charged $20 for the missing card, never even used a pool towel. That tainted my stay a bit "
