"My usual hotel stay in Bangkok. Due to its location. Walking distance to the train plus all the malls around the hotel makes it a great place to stay in Bangkok. As the traffic condition there is no joke. Another perk they have is the executive room which provide free access to the lounge from 5-7pm with light snakes and free flow of drinks. Breakfast can also be take there every morning. Wonder when will the hotel give me a free upgrade after all the reviews I wrote for them.. 😅 "

"Good location within walking distance to Phloen Chit BTS, Central Embassy, Central Chidlom & Dior Gold House. The staff are polite, friendly & helpful. The breakfast spread is good. The room is big & clean. The toilet is spacious, too. My only concerns are the water spray from the taps in the bathtub & shower cubicle are very weak. The hot water seems to be lukewarm."

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."

"Location is not the best if you are trying to flag a cab but the staff are always on hand to help you call for one. Breakfast buffet is excellent with spread being rotated every morning. Hardware is showing some signs of aging, housekeeping efforts are basic but literally every single staff is always smiley, polite, and ever ready to assist you and sometimes that’s enough to warrant a return trip. "
