"The Pathumwan Princess hotel is a well used busy hotel. The suite has a butler service which was a surprise for us. The breakfast is amazing, a huge variety of food to choose from. The egg station could use another person cooking as the queue is long but eventually you get your eggs cooked to order. The hotel has a great gym, running track, tennis courts and a swimming pool, the area is quite large so you don’t feel claustrophobic lounging on the lounge chairs. Access to the Club lounge is amazing, the food on offer is delicious. The staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel is is in a great location."

"We chose this property due to its convenient location (between 2 BTS lines, in the middle of many shopping centers), and made the right choice! Due to its location, we were able to walk, shop, eat, and wander to our heart's content, then return to the hotel at night for the hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and steam room which was generously open until 10 PM. The suite rooms were massive, and although we initially had some issues with the washer/dryer, it was very clutch to have at the later half of our Honeymoon. We loved the espresso/tea machine in the lobby as well as the comfy seating."

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
