The price was excellent, it's conveniently located. Not bad at all. Not the fanciest hotel, and they don't do turn over until you check out. Our beds didn't get done nor did our used towels picked up, but if I would have called I am sure they would have. I just thought it would happen automatically like in other hotels.

The hotel was really nice and clean. There are plenty of places to eat around there. In walking distance of many restaurants. 5 minutes from the convention and 15 from Disneyland walking. Would stay again.

When checking in the staff was rude when I asked questions. They seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. When settling in the room and showered once I got out I noticed that bathroom was leaking from the bathtub I called the front office and they did not let me explain and said we will send someone shortly.someone did show but they just said I will try dry the water and didn’t even bother to listen to what I had to say. On the website it said complimentary cribs and toddler bed were available. When I went to from office to ask for a toddler bed they said they did not know what that was . I showed them the email and they looked at me with a face and said we do not know what those are we only have playpens and cribs . That I think is false advertisement. I also was never made aware of the parking fee until arriving at the hotel and checking in. Overall my experience was not good. I will not be staying here or recommending.
