Complimentary rooftop breakfast was a special added touch. Hotel was very clean and always had fresh infused water and coffee available in the lobby. Staff were friendly and very helpful with anything we had needed.

This place was amazing. Loved the room. It was very clean the only thing was a little musty smell from the ac. They were very accommodating with a roll away bed as well. The breakfast was amazing. And the best part was the location and closeness to Disneyland. Definitely recommend

I wanted to really enjoy our stay but the sheets looked dirty. There was a hair on our pillow. The room felt stuffy. ADated hotel. Disappointing breakfast with canned fruit not fresh fruit. I wish there was a shuttle to Disneyland even though it says 14 minutes away it seems farther after a long day of walking.

We have stayed in many different hotels in this area but we were very surprised how much Desert Palms surpassed our other experiences. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and roomy suites, super easy walk to Disney and surrounding restaurants. Definitely our new go to hotel!

Fun Friendly Hotel
Very close to Disneyland. A kids play area in waiting room with disney movies playing. Pool & hot tub were great to relax after a long day at the parks. Helpful staff answered all my questions and concerns. Room was very spacious for a family of 5 wjth2 queen beds and sofa bed. This was our second time staying here and i will stay here again our next Disney trip.

This was the most miserable stay I think I’ve ever had. While I understand properties have little control over who stays, they do have control over enforcing quiet hours. The visiting girls soccer team running up and down halls yelling, taking over common areas and blocking both entrances, and dribbling the ball in the room above us until midnight was inexcusable. The staff could have done more to make the stay pleasant for all but all I got after two calls to the front desk was a shrug and lame apology.

Very happy
Nothing to complain about. Besides the beds could be softer. Other than that the place is great, very close to the park, very clean and updated. Breakfast is good.
