Centrally located and less than 15 min walk to the park. Liked that it’s close to convenience stores and restaurants open late. Check in was easy and they accommodated early check in too. Was also quiet in rooms

We will be staying here next time we visit Disneyland. We loved that’s it’s only a few minutes walk to the parks and how shopping and restaurants are also walking distance. No car needed, yay! The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was a great bonus not having to worry about were to eat before rushing out to the parks.

I expected a warmer more intimate bar area. Hotel was fine but enormously expensive. Expensive nightly parking charges too. Staff were all lovely but quite a basic hotel all things considered. Breakfast was very limited and not particularly vegetarian friendly. Won’t stay again unless the cost comes down.

The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We had the family suite so there were bunk beds for my girls which they enjoyed. However, there was a young lady for the front desk staff who was a little moody it seemed and looked annoyed to check us out. I felt rushed and then I got my final bill and the amount was different than what was charged to my card. She kinda put a sourness on the end of our great vacation.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was absolutely amazing and every interaction made me, and my party, feel like valued guests. The free bottles of water was a big plus. The breakfast was good, not much variety between days, but that didn’t bother us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a good location because you are close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

We had a great time! Just downstairs is Starbucks and Blaze pizza-which meant both mom and kids were happy. Also convenient is the Walgreens downstairs. Great location-close to shops and restaurants. Nice, clean room.

As expected. Clean, good breakfast, nice personnel. Our room was not cleaned the other day as promised. At the checkout they tried to charge me for a 3-night parking although I told them at the check in that I didn’t have a car. The outdoor pool was not heated as promised. Very noisy area around.
