"Everything looked new and inviting. Wished bathroom door had a way to leave it open for convenience purposes; it would automatically close when you walked out to get something. It would have been great to have a choice to keep it opened; such as a "kick-stand". Bathroom lacked a hook to hang your clothes on. Toilet paper was way too thin; I'd take my own if I stayed again..ONE BIG DISADVANTAGE: Leaving the hotel, I had to wait 10 minutes at their stop light to get on to the main road. . 3 times leaving and I had to wait 30 minutes altogether."

"Enjoyed the Residence! Loved the spacious layout and having a fireplace was a huge bonus. Convenient to great dining and the Biltmore! Upon check-in we received a list of restaurants that were open on New Year Eve & day - very helpful. "

"Nice place, good location and price. I didn't utilize any of the amenities at the hotel, so I cannot speak for anything there. I am a stickler for shower cleanliness, and the shower could have been a bit cleaner than it was - but it was way better than some places I have stayed before. The bed was comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I was concerned about the noise at night, but I put the fan on 'auto' and it drowned out all the noise. The traffic light getting out of the property is not the fastest, so take that into consideration when you are going anywhere - be prepared to sit for a few minutes. (Not anything the hotel can do about that, but just a heads up!)"
