"Modern looking property with great customer service, a freebie (cocktail or mocktail), access to gym, and option to purchase breakfast through Aloft. The room was clean, including the bathroom/shower. The showerhead was waterfall-like, which was just what I needed. I suffer from allergies and after the stuff night my nose was stuffy and my eyelids were swollen. Took a pill for allergies and didn't worry about it again. The only two (2) downsides - there's no working desk and there's no mini fridge. There's a seat with a super tiny desktop attached to it which is pretty uncomfortable to sit on and work at. And since there was no mini fridge, I couldn't keep a yogurt or anything that needed refrigeration with me. Overall it's a great stay for leisure but certainly not for business. I'm aware they do have a community-centered table on the first floor but it's not the same as having a dedicated workspace in your room. Overall it's a great hotel and I would come back again just for leisure."

"My son and I stopped off in Asheville to recouprate from a weekend in Tennessee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotal is absolutely beautiful and our room was clean, very modern and cozy at the same time. This was just the rest and relaxation we needed. I loved being in downtown Asheville and being able to walk to where we wanted to eat and visit. Asheville is such a lovely place, we'll definitely visit again. "
