When we arrived to the hotel, we told them we wanted to use a different card than the one we booked. They were fine with that. However, they charged the card that we used to book two days in a row for the price of the room and the new card for the total price of the room for two nights. Did the same to my daughter.
We got to our room, there was trash in there. Obviously not cleaned completely. We called to the front desk and were told there was nothing that could do. The next day we were out all day, came back to our room at around 7 pm…my room and my daughter’s room was never cleaned. Called down to the front desk and was basically told there was nothing they could do about it because everyone was gone. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said he was gone for day. However, while going to my room on the third floor I saw him. I spoke to him about what happened and he was nice, but had no clue that any of this had happened. When we checked out, after my credit card company cut off my card because of the reoccurring charges, the manager did discount our room. We would have gone elsewhere after the first night but it was college move in day and all hotels in the area were booked.
