It was great. I have stayed at many hotels and this was one of the best stays. The room was updated and reminded me of the “pricier hotels”. I loved that they had bacon with breakfast and not just sausages. I sleep with a fan and they had several there for the guests. My only complaints are the pool looks much bigger in the pictures or a fan in the washroom. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast that was included in our stay was OK. It stated that breakfast was from 6-10 am but we were there at 7:30 am and the items that were supposed to be in the fridge (yogurt) was still not stocked. The coffee was not consumable. There was a lot of noise in the hallway after hours.

This place might be good for an overnight stay but we stayed 3 nights and it was not OK. First off I want to say that the onsite workers were nice and helpful. The rooms were not what one would call conformable for the long term. There were lights (half of them that were not working), the pull out couch was awful loud and super uncomfortable, an outlet that didn't work, the sprinkler in the bathroom looked so rusty that it seemed unsafe, there was no trash can in the bathroom and they had sanitary bags (but only 3) as you can see our list is long. Like I said as of right now a quick overnight I'm sure would be fine but multiple nights this may not be the best place. *Update: The manager was super helpful and gave us a night back. *

Well staff was very friendly however for this is a “pet friendly hotel” and the area provided to walk your pet wasn’t mowed at the time of our visit,you have to walk up a fairly steep slope so if you have a bad knee or hip it might be a issue getting to upper landing to walk your pet then there’s the out side façade where huge pieces are falling off by where you park and walk and then on the second floor the rug baseboard has falling off and just lays on floor, the wall paper in this same area literally is only hanging on from the top by ceiling and looks like a curtain in the wind so to speak no caution tape or signs anywhere outside or inside no hot water for couple days hotel did reimburse some money but still an inconvenience to say the least the breakfast was mediocre scrambled eggs with only chose of sausage links no bacon the beagles weren’t very fresh and the danish were hard.. there certainly is room for improvement both outside and inside. I would like to attach pictures but can’t in this review

No hot running water….
We are avid travellers and have stayed a few times and understand things happen however no running hot water for a couple of days, this was not a good sign. On the positive, the pool was definitely one of the best heated pools we have enjoyed. The included breakfast is always an added bonus. Scrambled eggs, microwaved bacon, toast, bagels, cereals, fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk and juices …oh yes and waffles offered in regular and chocolate flavours. We would stay again just think hotel needs a bit of TLC.
