The staff is terrific and do what they can with a very “tired” facility. There was a lot of strong fragrance from deodorizers covering up old not so pleasant smells.

The location was easily accessible from the highway and close to restaurants and stores. We were able to bicycle from the parking lot to the Quarry Trails and then in-town for lunch. The pool, the hot tub and the continental breakfast were also nice amenities.

The Inn has a very nice pool and is very clean. We had to leave really early and they have snacks out early.

We liked the restaurant that was connected but the coffee tasted awful. We waited for awhile to get served but once that happened it was good. The server apologized for the long wait. The room was horrible. We had the lower floor because of our pet. The room smelled very damp (de-humidifier was out in the hallway) and the hvac system was extremely loud. The air conditioner had to be on during the night because it was very hot outside but it got to a point where the room became very cold. Overpriced for one night in my opinion.

Called to see if I could get early check in and was abruptly told 3:00. Check in was fine but the hallways and room smelled a combination of musty and "clean" smells. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were in good shape. Price was a little much for this quality hotel.

The hallway and room (324) smelled bad - probably stink from the carpet from 1960. There was a good deal of noise from kids in the hallway until around midnight (which was unfortunate since we needed to get up at 4:15am for a race). The staff were completely unhelpful when we asked for late checkout of 1pm to ensure that we could shower after the race. The staff were very reluctant to help and visibility did not care whatsoever. Finally, they agreed to ask the manager of cleaning services and said they'd email me with an update...never received an email. Enjoyed a nice 10 hour drive home without having showered.

The property was clean, they rushed to clean our room for an unexpected early check in . The pool was great and the hot tub was clean, you could smell the clean. It was quiet ans the gotel was perfectly placed within restaurants, shopping and a STARBUCKS.. I have a slight obsession ... anyhow was a great place to stay, clean, accomodation and friendly staff.

Waited 20 minutes for a clerk to appear to check us in. I called earlier in the day to alert the front desk that we would not arrive until 9 PM. We arrived at 9:05 Room was adequate Going to included breakfast now
