The pool was entirely too cold and the hot tub wasn’t working. The shower didn’t get very hot. Overall it was okay but probably wouldn’t stay again if the pool and hot tub still aren’t working.

It was very nice. The sign to the hotel could be closer to the entrance. We passed it everytime. The swimming pool was closed or not closed? Just not sure

Arrived after check in time, had to wait 25 minutes -room wasnt clean. Arrived in room still not clean- used coffee pod in coffee pot. Stains on ceiling that looked like blood. Requested housekeeping after 3 days and never came. Both pool and jacuzzi which is 1 reason i paid their prices, were broke down , sign said fixed tomorrow for 4 days!! People at desk were sarcastic

We liked the shower and bed and pillows, but the noise level was high with traffic we could hear and there were fingerprints on the doors that we could see … finally found a fan to turn out to block out the noise. Tv remote missing battery, so went down to the from my desk and they replaced it for us … def not worth the price I’d the room !

Hotel is very nice. Staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed in how come the indoor pool temperature was. We had hoped to let the kids get tired in the pool before bed but it was so cold they were blue lipped and shivering in August inside

I booked this hotel based on the availability of a hot tub but found it in disrepair and closed. The pool didn't smell of any chlorine either and we saw a lot of floating hair in the pool. As a pool owner, I know what to look for. The pool water was very hazy when looking at the lights. I had driven a long ways and we were really looking forward to the spa.

Not clean
The hotel was dirty and not kept up. The price was $270 per night but in my opinion was worth no more than $100. Im wondering if hotels.com could give me a credit?
