Very new and well maintained. The lobby and breakfast was great and the breakfast had more healthy options with good ingredients than similar hotel options.

Ditch the powdered eggs
Everything was first class: coffee and snacks available 24 hours, everything clean and neat. However, I abjure the powdered eggs, which seem to be showing up everywhere I stay. Please ditch the powdered eggs: I didn't like them when I was in the Army, and I don't like them now.

Only stayed for one night but I loved the hotel and its proximity to not only New River Gorge but all the dining options in town. The hotel was easy to get to and very clean.

We always enjoy Tru for short stays. Great breakfast, clean room, all in room amenities that we need. Only complaint this specific time was our room was on the freeway side and the trucks were loud.

Walk-in shower floor was dirty. Motorized window shade was inoperable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. TV was nice and channel selection was good. Breakfast was the best I have yet encountered.
