Great experience
It was a great experience staying in this hotel. It provided complimentary shuttle services from and to the airport and other key points in the city, which is a great convenience. Breakfast is healthy and abundant comparing to the same category of hotels. Staff is friendly and professional. I would no doubt stay here again if I return.

The hotel is very well maintained and located in a quiet location. However we were very unfortunate to be assigned to a room where next to a guest who kept opening and close their door over 8 times within half and hour after mid-night and making my night very miserable. The door slamming noise kept all of us awake.

Going the extra step.
Check in was quick and easy. I had questions about a local event the Hampton was supporting and the desk clerk made me a paper copy of the shuttle bus schedule, precluding our having to drive around a new community in the dark later that evening. Much appreciated.

This property has gone down hill. Homeless people staying there, garbage cans outside overflowing everyday, a broken down RV taking up 4 parking spots and the manager and staff don’t care. The manager is the biggest issue, letting things slide, like they don’t matter. Save your dollars, there are nicer, safer hotels closer to the ocean. Too bad Hilton doesn’t check in on how these are run.
