The hotel needs a major revamp. Bathroom looked terrible with stains and mold all over. Sheets were ripped. Most of the lighting in the room was not working. Mattress and pillows smelly and uncomfortable. Didn’t stay for my whole reservation, left after the first night.

Exterior was dirty, literally a pile of cigarette buds outside a rear entrance door ( which some kept propping open). Sink vanity was not cleaned and had toothpaste residue from prior occupant. Mold on shower curtain and around caulking. A tiny bar of facial soap was the only soap provided, NO bath soap or shower gel. Terrible. Check in experience was great and response to TV not working was quickly resolved.

The registration folks were friendly and professional, but the building was very dirty. The carpets are very dirty, with stains, and look like they have not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. I like that there was no carpet in the rooms.

I understand why this hotel has a 3 star rating! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Only reason I booked this property was my daughters fathers family booked their ballroom for a party. Room had mold on lamp covers, food behind tv stand, food crusted into the carpet, black mold in shower, for 3 stars I expected some yuck but this property needs to be shut down and extremely deep cleaned!!!

We ask for the room to be cleaned & when we returned late in the evening the room was not touched we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. The staff at the front were very nice the cleaning staff were very rude when we asked questions about our room not being cleaned

Check in was somewhat slow though the lady was nice. The room smelled like smoke. There were dead bugs in the corner. There was old food and drinks in the refrigerator. There were hairs on the bed spread and the toilet seat. There were cracks and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet was a constant unstoppable stream. My daughter's socks were filthy after running around in them for an hour. The bed sheets had hair in them that wasn't mine or my daughter's. The bed wasn't uncomfortable though the claim that it was a queen sized bed is untrue. Also, there were only three pillows - two of which were half sized; something I'd never seen before. The breakfast wasn't bad and the young man who seemed to be taking care of things seemed to be constantly replacing/replenishing one thing or another. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room. I'll certainly think twice about ever staying at a Best Western again.

Ive stayed here before last summer and place was good then but this stay the place has deteriorated in the last year. Front desk woman said the owner is letting the place run itself into the ground since they are going to be building a warehouse there so whatever is broke is not gettibg fixed . The overall stay was fine just not worth what they are charging

This properly is being torn down in April of 2025. It's not being very well maintained -- there was no AC in the hallways or common areas, making it ridiculously hot and humid everywhere except your room. There were also some odd smells present in the halls as well. The room was relatively clean and the AC unit there worked well; however, we found a spent coffee pod in the machine which was kind of gross. The toilet seat was also left up... hopefully after being cleaned.
