This was an exceptional overnight stay. Private balcony with chairs overlooking grass and river. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was served at table instead of self service.

Large comfortable room. Easy to get luggage in. The staff were wonderful. Only complaint was rooms not furnished with blow dryers. I got one from the desk.

I liked the river behind the property very pretty...I liked that the room had a deck...I did not like that there were 2 skinny curtains on the sliding glass door that didn't cover the window....I didn't like that the light on the back deck was on all night and lit up our room...no privacy....the hosts were nice but we didn't spend much time in the main building...we needed to check out at 7am because we got a screw in our tire and had to have it repaired...not sure if related but there was a car with 2 flat tires in the parking lot.

The service was excellent and thoughtful. The view from the dining area is incredible. Somewhat limited but tasty breakfast with great service. The property has a very cute, cozy bed n breakfast vibe. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was a little dated but that was expected. I enjoyed a very nice stay and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, the room could use a little updating. Clean bathroom. Quiet, peaceful setting with balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast choices were wonderful- quiche, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, all the typical fare. Delicious!

Wonderful kind staff at check in. Kitchen was closed for dinner for our date (certain days of the week I guess) which we didn’t know—which defeats the point for us as we were only staying the night. So after driving 6 hours to rest for the night, we had to power nap and go drive in to town for food, which was a bummer. The house feels like you’re staying at a relatives place which is cozy. There is a lot of semi truck noise on the main road, and we are from NYC, so for me to say it was loud was kind of surprising. Overall, it was fine for the night but not our vibe. Appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere! They do offer breakfast from 730-930am, however it is a sit down and order breakfast which we were not able to enjoy because we had a time constraint to get back on the road and would have loved to just grab and go, but we thought that was a cute touch they offer. Does not feel like a hotel at all-feels again like an ole relatives place. :)

The room we stayed in for the night served our needs for a nights stay. It was clean and comfortable.The property otherwise, and the exterior is a bit rundown and shabby. The curtains don't cover the entire sliding door to the porch. The screen door has holes. Way too much exterior lighting. The breakfast served was delicious and ample.

This is an older hotel that has a lot of potential. The room was large, bed comfortable, clean, and has a great balcony that overlooked a river. Dinner is offered on sight and was tasty. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel needs updating and could become a five star. Our room curtains did not fit the window so we could not block out the porch light. The sliding door screen had holes and the shower curtain was not secure. The place needs to be painted. Overall it is comfortable. Just needs a little TLC.
