The outside is a bit outdated and there was construction going on but other than that it was great! I have fairly high standards when it comes to hotels and I would definitely stay here again. The lobby looked nice and updated, staff was friendly and check in went quick and smooth. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. You can definitely hear people outside but it didn’t bother me. Didn’t utilize the pool area or restaurant/bar but others seemed to be enjoying them and having a good time! Would recommend if you’re in the Billings area!

Do not book here. I was horrified. It smells of musty mold everywhere and the hotel is very dirty. The room was clean but the beds are warped and feel like styrofoam. I am shocked Expedia recommends it.

The parking lot seemed unsafe. We got there late and it was dark and the front entrance was very poorly lit. My mother and I are handicapped and the lot was very uneven, and I was worried about the distance my mother had to go it get in the building. Overall, i would never stay there again

What I expected
My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by people smoking marijuana outside. The check-in process was frustrating as their equipment stopped working, causing delays. Our room had no hot water; the hot water tap ran cold and the cold tap ran hot forcing us to take cold showers. As hot water never got hot.I took pictures of the room to avoid being wrongly charged for damages. After a 16-hour journey with four kids, we were too exhausted to request a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is badly in need of a facelift. Drab, dingy, depressing…funny smells, sticky floors….comes off like a low-budget motel. Limited food and services. The room was equipped with fridge and microwave and was tolerable - but not worth the price we paid. I don't recommend it.

Property is in need of a facelift. Everything looks old and tired. Disapointed when walked in the lobby. The big restaurant was closed. There was a small plain bar with bar food. The only thing that was good was that the room did not have any funky smell. Will not book at this property again.
