Our room didn’t have hand soap, there was a used bar on soap in the bathtub area. A screw sticking out of the bottom (outside) tub ended up scratching my leg. The shower curtain didn’t keep water from getting on the floor, we had to use the floor mat and our towels to clean up water. With the used soap along with no hand soap made me feel the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Very disappointing.

The property was very run down. The room was very dated. There were 2 beds a cabinet that the tv set on and one chair. The room was large but empty. The carpet and drapes needed a good cleaning. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no hot water when we arrived to our room. The phone in our room was not working. I wanted to call the desk but I was unable to because the phone was not working. We were not allowed to check in until after 4pm or we would be charged a ten dollar fee. I was not allowed in the casino because my drivers license was cracked. I was told because it was altered they could not let me in the casino. I would not recommend this property to stay at if you’re visiting Shreveport.

Casino was great ! Hotel room was very poor, bathroom was not cleaned properly, no hot water in the shower and to much noise from the air handling equipment.

We liked the convenience of the location near restaurants and nightlife. We were not impressed with the seafood, especially at the price. Casino was too smokey. Also, the resort fee was too high. We didn't see the value in October. Maybe better when the pool is open.

It is a hotel/Casino. Well priced during the week and weekend. Food at the restaurants in the lobby are a bit pricey, but good and convinient so as to not have to leave the hotel if you choose to stay in
