Pulled up to the hotel at 3 pm and less than 100 feet away is a homeless camp of about 5 people. I told my wife im no parking a $70,000.00 next to a homeless camp. We got on line and tried to message expedia and soon as you would say cancel the message thing would stop working. after an hour of this game I found a number to call. Same story, say cancel and the call would drop. So we did not stay at the hotel and pretty much got screwed by expedia. As I was unable to get my money back and you had a major dump as one of your hotels that you book for. I will do everything I can to tell people of the bad experance from you and the hotel. Possibly one of worst I have stayed at. No hot water (something was broken for that wing of the hotel. While they did provide a discount a heads up would have been in order so I could arrange an alternative. The first room provided had a plugged toilet - while we did get a room change should not have been some thing caught in the room turnover. Finally the lobby and hallways smelled of something awful - not sure what that was. I would not recommend.

Building and rooms were outdated. Looked like it was from the 1980s. Wall unit A/C in first room, dirty floors and hair in the bathtub. Found out after check in there was no hot water. Had to stand in line with everyone else that had just found out and request to be moved. Second room had no thermostat for A/C. Bathroom was so small you could hardly sit on the child sized toilet. Sink was out in the main room. People sitting on picnic tables in parking lot smoking dope and playing musice.

We had a hole in the shower wall, the size of a silver dollar, and it leaked onto the carpet that was wet around my bed.so no shower for me. Also, they drug out the police drug out a very shady, looking character and arrested him, And there was a homeless person sleeping on the lawn. No safety issues but not a place I felt safe.

What is the point of having handicap parking and a ramp to the front entrance but ZERO ways for a disabled person to get to the rooms? No elevator and stairs UP and DOWN to the rooms makes it impossible for most people with mobility issues to get to the rooms. Don't advertise false ADA accessibility with parking and ramp if none of the rooms are reachable. Broken tub faucet, shaky bed frames on risers and tv cable wires from room next above dangling through the walls above bed.

I stay in many hotels, some of which are much more expensive. I found the breakfast here excellent. The TV offerings are also excellent. Room and hotel very quiet. Excellent value. I would stay there again. Front desk staff were also extremely kind.
