Not value for money at US$300 per night , pathetic, not to my expectations. Taking advantage of peak season . Only cold paced breakfast, to bring donuts to room. No seating breakfast, Room service bed, we stayed for two nights, but second day when return, no one did room service or beds, no lift , so had to carry big luggage by hand. Not secured Car park! Seen people hanging around. Poorly ventilated corridor and rooms. Refrigerator not well kept, all items I kept inside got frozen .

We’ve stayed at The Anchorage Inn a few times now (child in nearby college). We find it safe which is most important. Could use an update for sure!! Very dated looking inside & out Would love to see more of a real breakfast rather than packaged processed food. Staff are always friendly and plenty of parking Location is very convenient; mall across the street and numerous dining options nearby. Few minutes drive to college campus and downtown Burlington

This facility was horrible!! I truly think the whole downstairs is rented apartments. The aroma of marijuana was more appealing than the overpowering musty smell that lingers in the hallway. The room itself was very dated with crappy curtains hanging from broken rods,uneven beds,and very thin pillows. The bathroom had black mold surrounding the ceiling, an extremely old red heat bulb in the ceiling and an extremely rusted, crooked towel rack. There was no bath mat and only one washcloth even though the reservation was for two people!!. I will NEVER return here and can NOT recommend it at all!!

this property is in need of major upgrades. Our bathroom is very old, burn holes in the linoleum floor, old dirty grout in the bathtub, but I would definitely stay again. beds are clean and comfortable

Extremely outdated- toilet handle broken- had to go to lobby to get someone to turn on the shower(and he struggled). Poor room lighting- o lamps VERY old and in poor condition- hair on tub surfaces- some mold visible- Room need a total renovation! Over priced without a doubt!

The room was in terrible condition. The ceiling in the bathroom was pushed up in several places. There was a lot of rust and what looked like dirt around the tub. The room was dusty, the carpet badly stained and the drapes were falling off of the rod. There wasn’t a clock or coffee maker in the room. The rack for hanging clothes was rusted and the was a hole in the wall where the cable for the TV was plugged in. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

Family vacation
Our 2nd time staying at this hotel in South Burlington, Vermont. The staff is very good, the room is clean and very quiet at night time. Coffee and tea 24 hours -no snacks etc. Breakfast consists of coffee and donuts. The hotel is old could use some updating but all in all comfortable.

Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable but could use more pillows. The hotel may be a bit worn but it is clean and quiet. The pool was nice and you could walk to anything you needed. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly. We had a nice stay at a great price. The reviews don’t do this place justice.
