Over all stay was good. Property was clean and the management kept guest separate per every other room keeping noise to a minimum. We stayed 2 nights and it was as quiet and convenient right off the hwy/town road rite aid is right across the street and Safeway was a few mins down.

We (family of 4) stayed here for 1 night traveling to Lassen NP. It was clean, had comfortable beds, all the amenities, and in a great location. The owner was fantastic and obviously puts a lot of care into running the motel!

Looks old and worn on the outside but the rooms are fully renovated and look great! The only negative thing I have to say is that the bed was pretty hard.

This motel is very cute and parking is right in front of the room. There was another bedroom for the kids and a night stand next to each bed. Bathroom is small. The staff is so nice!! Overall it’s very cute. I would definitely stay there again!

Very good stay for trip across Northern California and stop at Burney Falls. It was hard to contact the hotel to make a change in our reservation, but finally did and everything was good when we arrived. Would stay again!

The lady in the front was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed squeaks a lot, but other than that they were comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. Very quiet at night and next to convenient stores. I love that it had a microwave and mini refrigerator. You can also grab complimentary snacks and ice in the front office, that super sweet. Oh and the biggest perk was that they have two room available in one, if you have kids thats a big plus!
