"Couldn't use the self check in system as we had booked two rooms. So had to line up at the front desk. This took 20mins waiting for one group in front of us, very slow and not a great experience for the start of our stay. You needed more staff on the front desk also. you only had two on. it was 3pm and everyone was checking in. Other than this we had a great stay after this. Thanks"

"The hotel is just four months old. Anecdotally speaking "even the paint has not dried yet". Located just across the road from Central bus station from where one can catch a bus to cities and towns through out the north island. as well as a coach to the airport . Rooms are big, very clean and the bed is the one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Bottled water was complimentary. Breakfast was sumptuous but limited for vegetarians. Only negative aspect is that there was no coffee machine which most five stars hotels have on th ebreakfast bar. Rooms at the front may hear traffic noise until late. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
