Overall, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach was a great stay. We took advantage of the all inclusive and would order room service daily and any chan e we got, we’d run to the nearest bar to grab a drink. The food was standard, nothing spectacular. The drinks were good as well. It was easy to get around with the help of golf carts, which was a hassle at times due to wait times. There were a couple things that I was unhappy with. We booked an excursion through the concierge and misplaced the small paper receipt we were given. The staff did not want to work with us to help replace it and confrontational. The only solution was to pay the full price again - I wish they handled this differently. Additionally, we brought my 1.5 yr old which needed a crib. On the second night, we woke up to a big boom and my daughter crying. The bottom of the crib had collapsed and my daughter fell to the floor. She was ok and the staff were quick to replace it. I wish more would’ve been done on their part to ensure this crib was in good condition before dropping it off to our room. Overall, this place was beautiful and the cart drivers and room staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We had a suite with a jacuzzi. The amenities and the room overall were excellent. The jacuzzi however was not clean, therefore we did not use it. We will still come back for another trip.

What an amazing week at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent with lots of options for every taste.

We were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous property, the impeccable service, and all of the options for food! We spent days at the pool and never had to leave our loungers or our spot in the pool, because the service was so amazing!

The resort itself is lovely. It has incredible views and good restaurants. However, the resort is terrorist and to get from one end to the other you have to wait on the golf cart that take an excess of 15 to 20 minutes. There are signs everywhere that say walk and burn calories. It’s funny, but unless you’re prepared to walk everywhere you will waste hours of your vacation waiting for the staff My wife got sick during our stay, something she ate at the marketplace. Sadly, they failed to acknowledge anything.

Our stay at this Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort & Spa hotel was truly unforgettable, especially as we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The room was beautifully maintained and comfortable, and the food was delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special mention goes to the golf cart drivers, who were always friendly and made getting around the property a breeze. And as a delightful surprise, the hotel went above and beyond with thoughtful anniversary treats, including champagne, strawberries, and a lovely fruit basket. These extra touches made our celebration feel even more special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for a memorable and luxurious stay! And finally, our Concierge Gracia ensured to stay in contact with us to make sure we were well taken care of.
