On the Marina with many areas to shop and eat within walking distance. It is a long trek to the beach on foot. This was my third stay here and will be back again for sure.

The bar at the restaurant charged $14 per Paloma plus a drink I never ordered. When I brought this up to them on Monday May 20th, they said that was the price. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I paid 1/2 that. Also a guy bought me some drinks, he offered. Then he complained to the bar staff that I didn’t appreciate it. The bar staff should mind their own business, not asking me where I’m spending my time to get information to this rooftop bar regular.

Second time staying and love the friendliness of all staff! Very convenient to mall, dock, restaurants and beach. Breakfast is wonderful with omelet and French toast station. Pool and swim up bar along with lounge chairs for everyone is very relaxing. Take advantage of spa as those ladies give relaxing massages!

Pass on this hotel.
We travel with a service dog. This hotel was listed as SD Friendly. We were charged an additional 40.00 per day for the dog. If we would have known in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was nice but very noisy till 2:30 am. The air conditioning was either freezing or off, no way to adjust the temperature even though the controls were there, they did not work. They security guards were overly aggressive. I can not sleep with a wrist band on and it is mandatory to access the elevator even if you show a room key, this is a little over the top. Sorry I would not stay here again.

Not Eco Friendly
Great location close to everything Cabo has to offer, fantastic views from the pool deck over the marina, convenient to dive shops for those who scuba, comfortable beds, working AC, and great food at both restaurants. Unfortunately, they required us to wear single-use-plastic arm bands which could not be taken off at night / will only go into landfill trash, yet did nothing to help us navigate the property as we also had to use our key cards to transfer between any floors, including the pool deck. This became problematic as the key cards kept malfunctioning. They also did not offer water without a cost and only provided old school single use plastic bottles, without any opportunity to recycle :( With this price, we expect filtered water included (and refilling stations) or at minimum aluminum / recyclable containers when tap water is not suitable for drinking.

Sadly on my 3rd stay I experienced the customer service not friendly and I lil bit rude and also the a/c not working properly I had to be calling to maintenance to fix it.. I had to pay extra for my niece who was our transportation she lives in San Jose they charged me 55 dlls. Extra for her in order to stay with me and my friend … they are changing her policy for bad.. next time I will look for a different hotel since this is not my favorite any more.0 stars I can see the difference..

Nothing special about this place. They blasted awful music out of the speakers by the pool from 6:30am which could also be heard from the room. Not relaxing at all to wake up to Bob Marley at 6:30am. Lots of trashy people getting drunk in the pool until late at night.
