Beds weren't very comfortable, hot tub jets not working and actually the hot tub itself needs to be up grated at pool. Plus the steps into the pool are not the easiest to enter at shallow end.

Hotel was alright. The breakfast in the morning was very good. They have a waffle maker and a pancake maker and lots of different stuff. I did not like the hottub as the jets were not working properly (low pressure) and the tub was not really hot. Pool was good and front desk service very good.

This was a nice clean hotel with clean rooms. The common areas are showing same wear and tear. The room walls are not too noise proof. The pool and slide and hot tub were very nice and the staff kept the towels at the pool well stocked. The breakfast buffet was good and there was a good selection of food options. We would stay here again.

We were disappointed with our stay. The amenities did not match the advertisement—especially the water slide for the kids and the separate king suite we had hoped for. The couch and carpet in our room were worn, musty, and unpleasant. At over $150 a night, I felt it was not worth the cost. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed irritated when we requested items that were missing from our room. We received no greetings from staff, and the front desk attendant didn’t even acknowledge us during check-in. Additionally, parking was limited and tight, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Breakfast , was too chaotic to even enjoy. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again on future trips to Calgary.

The breakfast was very busy, not a lot of space, but otherwise very nice place. Great front desk support and good beds, great AC and great stay. Northern Calgary is a good location for us to do what we wanted. not too conjected and convenient.

The hotel is not very clean and our room, the bathroom smelled sour. The hot tub was filthy and the jets were not working. When I mentioned the broken hot tub, the front desk attendant said sorry and the git tub has not been working fir a ling time!Had i known this about the hotel and the state if it and that the hit tub was filthy and broken, I would NEVER have booked to stay. So disappointed and would hope I would receive some kind of refund! Never will i recommend this hotel to anyone!
