This top floor condo (4 floors) is approximately 1200 sq feet that contains 2 large bedrooms and 2 full size modern bathrooms with glass shower doors and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and an adjoining full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjacent bathroom. The kitchen is a galley type with new modern stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. In addition the kitchen is fully outfitted. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with a full size dining table for 6. A small den area with desk and computer screen is adjacent to the dining room. The living room is spacious with reclining furniture and a 60 inch flat screen T.V. Just off the living room is an exterior deck south facing with a mountain view to the west.

This unit comes complete with all utilities, high speed internet and unlimited long distance telephone service. The unit also has a modern washer and dryer.

The south facing deck also has a modern gas Bar-B-Q for guest use.

This condo is very quiet with nobody living above this unit.

The location of this condo is accessible from the Deerfoot Trail and has direct and close access to major highways that intersect the city in all directions.

The Perfect accomodation
I know Calgary well and so am able to say from experience that this condo was an amazing place for many reasons. The location being close (a few minutes walk) to every store one could possibly need, and restaurants. Our hosts were accommodating to all our needs, and the condo itself is like brand new, every little detail from being well stocked to elegantly, tastefully decorated.
