Stayed here with our friends for the stampede and it was great! Location is very nice, free car parking the pool was great the slide is a nice touch! Complementary breakfast was great! Would definitely come back for the stampede and stay here again!

Family of 7 stayed in family suite. Worked well. Kids loved the pool. Buffet breakfast ok. Eggs were weird/from a box? Room key kept deactivating. Got yelled at for walking out of lobby when it was time for us to get into our taxi. No one told us to ask for vouchers to give to taxi drivers, just got a call that our taxis had arrived. Otherwise, decent stay

The hot tub was out of order due to being shut down because of the health department. The pool area was filthy. The room was alright but at 3am we were woken due to the fire alarm going off. The staff was good but hard to understand and limited. Overall would not stay again and there was no restaurant in the hotel like it said it is actually located in a nearby hotel.

Our bedding was not changed upon check in. There was blood spots on sheets and blankets. Housekeeping was great about it and totally recleaned room and put on new bedding. It was very inconvenient though and I would hope to get somewhat of a discount.

We arrived at the hotel around 22:15. I had a problem understanding the person at the front desk; she was not speaking loud enough, so I had to ask her to repeat frequently. However, we arrived at our room and got ready to go to bed. We were all in bed at 23:15. At 23:45, the front desk called, telling us to reduce the noise. I informed him that we were sleeping and that he had made an error in the room. He insisted that we were making too much noise, and someone complained about noise 20 minutes ago. So about the time we arrived, we got ready to go to bed. We arrived late (22:30), and by the time we got ready to go to bed, we were making noise. We are a family of four adults, and we were speaking normally in our room, not yelling. This is a hotel where people come and go at any time of the day. This complaint should have been handled at the front desk. We taught about speaking with the manager in the morning, but we realized that most likely all the personnel were not speaking enough English to understand our complaint. The bedroom was small compared to the other Staybridge Hotel where we stayed. There is not enough room to walk around the bed and the washroom in the small kitchen. It seems to be a standard bedroom turn to a suite kitchen in response to the demand.
