Hot Tub was out of order. Ice machine on 3rd floor was out of order. The industrial toaster in the breakfast room was out of order and they brought out a regular household toaster. Notice an "out of order" sign on the dishwasher. The facility is very much in need of maintenance. Staff was nice

The hotel is very good, the location is convenient because you have everything you need in thecarea an you can go walking to the groceries. It is a good option for families, maybe the pool with a couple of more degree could help the water feel a bit warmer.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and slide. The hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Easy access to major routes. Small suggestion. TV remote not working great.

The swimming pool is TOO SMALL for a slide. The hot tub was green in colour and was not working. Complained to the front desk about 4 teenager boys, being rough, loud and taking over the entire pool. He didn’t kick the boys out so the other three families got out and the children were sad they had to leave. I paid a lot of money to stay here to enjoy the pool and it totally ruined my vacation.
