The room is great. Nice and clean. The employee at the front desk wasn't friendly but at least got us in our room. My only concern is that the room is a full $25 more expensive than what Travelocity quoted us. As in, the email we received from Travelocity 4 months ago was $25 less. It doesn't make sense.

Very nice, roomy stay. Staff very friendly.Only minor complaint was that upon entering our room there was a very distinct odor of cigarette smoke and fabreze. Staff was immediately notified so we wouldn't be charged the 'clean up' fee for smoking in the room..Other then that it was an excellent and quiet stay with comfy beds!

Thin walls, thin pullout couch mattress
The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and because we were right next to the door and the walls are so thin, we could hear people in the hallways. There were people outside of our room talking and listening to music until after midnight which was very frustrating. Our family members who stayed in the beds with the dividing door closed didn’t hear any of these noises.

Not notified that getting a transfer required weeks in advance. Also almost didn't get an uber from MCO but luckily found a very nice driver willing to do 1 last fare. Otherwise i might have been stuck with very expensive taxi. Front desk staff not extremely helpful when i asked questions. More willing to help others.

Pre-Cruise Stay...Okay
We booked a single night stay, because we flew in a day early for our cruise. We choose this location due to it being close to the cruise terminal. The ride to the hotel from Orlando International Airport took about 50 mins in an Uber. The hotel it self is over due for an interior room renovations, but for a 1 night stay, it was okay. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel also offers a van shuttle ride to the cruise terminals for $8 per person, which is not bad....The free breakfast was okay as well, but they only had sausage links and no bacon. They have 3 self service waffle stations but no pancake making machine. So the line for waffles moves pretty slow depending on when you go for breakfast. Overall, if we ever cruise out of Orlando again, we would stay here again.

The only thing is the construction being done near the property but that didnt prevent us from enjoying our stay and there were no loud sounds or blocked off streets.
