"Excellent location but on a very lively street. So if you don't like traffic or people noise don't get a balcony room. Those are A rooms. The H rooms are the farthest away in the North building."

"Perfect location for being able to explore Old San Juan. Comfortable, spacious room with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Loved the rooftop bar. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel El Convento!! Fell in love with the courtyard and was so nice to have turn down service!! Only critique was there were issues with the elevator during our stay and it was the only one available. Not too bad doing stairs with only five floors, but as someone who has a handicapped family member, would want to make sure there were a couple of accessibility options to accessing the pool and terrace. Overall though we loved loved our stay and will return! "
