Love the hotel. The casino is tight, tight tight. Calibrated heavily against the bettors. If it were a little looser I might stay here more.

A little disappointed. First off, when reservation was made through Hotels.com it said that fees and taxes were included. Well, got saddled for a “resort fee” that was actually more than the price I paid for the room, plus a $150 security deposit. I was there for 2 nights and actually had to search out someone to get a drink while I was in the casino. The room was clean and quiet though.

I was somewhat surprised to see the extra $25 per day charge for having our dog with us. I did not see this charge in advance and according to Expedia I would only owe the hotel a set amount which was $50 less than they charged. It wasn’t Expedia’s fault. We didn’t have anyone come in and clean on the first day, just when we left on the second day so we got charged for nothing on the first day. On a very happy note my daughter left her favorite water glass in the room. When I went back to the room before turning in the key cards it wasn’t there. The young man in housekeeping didn’t speak English so he used an interpreting app on his phone and was able to return the glass to me from the housekeeping room. Very nice! Thank you so much!! He went above and beyond. 👍👍

Just stayed one night while passing through. Staff was very kind and room was clean and quiet. Nice that you can open the window too. Overall decent stay. If I were coming to gamble it would be a comfortable place to stay a couple nights

Great Hotel/Casino/Restaurant
My stay at Grand Z was all positive. Mary Kay at check-in was quick and thorough. The room felt new and was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had plenty of strong hot water. The Grill restaurant served delicious comfort food in generous portions at great prices. The casino was clean. The surrounding area felt safe and is walkable. I would stay here again.
