No elevator to bring bags upstairs. Exterior of the entire facility was dirty. The room air conditioner left a musty odor. Late arrival for first night or I would have left. Cancelled the second night. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall-good place to stay short-term/Hard beds
Check in and check out were great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The fridge was very cold and kept our food and drinks in good condition. The a/c was also very good. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very firm so I didn't sleep well. I know mattresses can be very expensive, but maybe the hotel could invest in mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable.
Hotel was in need of renovations, pool area concrete broken up, pool itself was very dirty ( I was hoping for a swim- no way). Looks like there are long term residents staying at the hotel, some were drinking before 8am outside. Breakfast very poor, very little choice.
Unfortunately, this place is a real dump. In my couple of days staying here, I saw - roaches, garbage all over, a broken door just sitting outside of a room for days. The sink, bathtub and toilet backed up every time I used them. There were disheveled people hanging about all over. And, oh yeah, the cops came at some point for some kinda incident. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The people were lovely, but that doesn't make up for the state of the place.
My room was dirty and outdated. The AC were leaking from the crawling out to the parking lot. Beds smelled like mildew. Shower head was leaking too. Lobby area was horrible
Total dump. The lobby door is broken, this should've been our first sign to not stay but we already booked and it was non-refundable, drug dealing, tv want even plugged in because the power cord wasn't close enough to the plugin. They brought us an extension cord. The lamp shades are covered in mildew and mold. The bathroom door won't shut without force from all the layers of paint. The frig had mold in the freezer. Clearly it wasn't working. The dresser was worse then a free one on the curb. The room stunk so bad we had to have the AC on 65 to help with the smell. We won't even think of using the shower. If expect this at a $39 night room not $150. We got the he'll out when the drug deal went down outside in the courtyard. The grab and go breakfast was nasty. The prepackaged pastries were clearly old the glaze/frosting was all melted and watery looking like they came from a discount bin of discount bakery. Do not stay here!
When we arrived the front desk person wasnt sure if our King room was ready, then said it wasnt because the tv was broke. Put us in a double, which im sure we didnt get money back. Went to the room and it was the most unbearable smoke smell, the tv was broke and the fire alarm chirped every minute. We spoke to the front desk and they put us in another room which was marginally better. The hairdry was pulled out ot the wall and the tub was stained terribly. The next day we asked for 2 extra towels since we only had 2 and the desk clerk said they were all in the wash. They said they would bring them to the room but that never happened. Far into the night i could hear their dryers going and it sound like there were coins rolling around with it. All and all it was just bearable. Never again will we stay there.

Breakfast was continental mostly danish or muffins coffee juice. No buffet type breakfast. Place was clean. Didn’t use pool the water was not very clean.
The hotel is a more rundown location, the pool looked pretty dirty and room service comes through every three days so trash builds up and you have to ask for new towels if you want them more frequently. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was easy. The room smelled a bit musty and was a little dirty but not too bad. All in all we got was we paid for, it was a cheap roof over our head and a pretty good vacation. Only 15 minutes from the beach and a couple good restaurants right in the area.
The room was dirty. Headboard fell off wall, toilet seat was broken and bugs running across floor. Moved to another room, slept for 4 hrs and checked out. Looks like people live there that are homeless.
This place has really gone downhill. It was very disappointing. The room was very basic and bare, no lamps by the bed, no coat hangers or even a closet to put stuff in, the bathroom door would not even close, no working ice machines anywhere on the property. Also, the breakfast is nonexistent, they only had coffee and juice. This place used to be much nicer but now it’s gone downhill.
I checked in and checked out 20 minutes later while I look for a new place. It was real scary here. People just hanging all around the place scary looking people and the place will pool was green water. If that’s a tell you anything the only thing nice about the whole place Was the lady behind the counter. She was nice. I would not recommend anybody to ever go to this place in their life. Stay away.
There was no toilet paper or a trash can. We were there 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. The mattress was terrible. I had back surgery a few years ago, and most of the time I am pain free. The mattress was so hard that it has triggered back spasms. On our last day, we needed a large trash bag. We were told they were out, so my husband went to a grocery store and bought some.
There were people wandering around, and in and out of rooms. This is not what I expect from a Days Inn. If I would have expected to stay somewhere with sketchy people and literally no service, I would have stayed at a dangerous looking place in a rough part of town. Patriots Point is a nice, safe area, but this Days Inn is dangerous.
