Hotel review
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival to the room, there were people hanging around outside drinking.The room was dark and most of the outlets didn't work. I asked for extra linen and was told that there wasn't enough staff. So I got the linen and remade the bed myself only to discover urine and feces smeared on the bottom sheet. The next door neighbors ran in and out all night arguing. I splet on the couch with my grandbaby and checked out the next day that was it i had enough. Oh and the bottom of the pool is crumbling and it felt like we were walking on sand.

One of the worst hotels stays
Zero points. Numerous unresolved problems. Toilet not working properly. Cigarette odor in nonsmoking room. Tv not working and three unsuccessful calls for help. Air vent caked with dirt. I have a photo. Worst breakfast. Mold in bagels which were reported to staff. Staff threw away several items after she saw mold on food. Disgusting and dangerous. Please contact me for follow up. I recently booked at your hotel Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and, unfortunately, encountered several issues that I feel need to be addressed. Firstly, the room provided to me was not up to the standard I expected. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the sliding door had a gap between the door frame and glass, the room had an odor. I did not feel safe in this hotel at all. Additionally, I found the service to be lacking. [Give an example of a service issue]. This impacted my overall experience negatively. I believe that [suggest a solution or improvement], would greatly benefit future guests and enhance the reputation of your establishment. The gentleman that was there when we checked in was very nice and helpful the room was decent for what we paid it could have been cleaned a little better and I wish it had comforters on the beds instead of just sheets but overall it was good

This place was a vile and disgusting dump and we had enough self-respect to flee it before we had the misfortune of staying there or getting mugged in the process. The place should be burned to the ground and the earth cleansed with salt.

Staff was patient and nice. What I didn't like is in the middle of the night, you keep hearing this loud truck.... Then you look out the window, and its a tow truck!!!! Sleep is interrupted.. However, I understand that its for those that doesn't have a parking pass. But that part isn't peaceful at all. Once the tow truck is done, maybe 2-6 cars later, then you can get the sleep you deserve.

The property did not look as advertised on the app. The room was dirty and the people staying next door hung out on the stairs and chair outside our room smoking and talking loudly all night and early in the morning. We felt unsafe in the location they put us in. We were all the way in the back with people hanging outside our room at all times. They're was a spider in the bathroom as well. The breakfast was very limited but there was no eggs or cereals available. The staff did try to move us into an other room but that room wasn't much cleaner than the room we were in. Other than the staff trying to be accommodating there wasn't anything good about the place. We left after 1 night and will not ever book hear again.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures it’s fake advertisement. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, sofa bed’s arm was burned. Front of the bedroom was a broken beer bottle. Next room one of the window's glass was broken. People at the reception was screaming at manager. The place look like a drug business pit. NOT SAVE. Not cheap for what it is

It always amazes me that no matter how much information I provide in the reservation, the front desk typically doesn’t know what to expect. I always have to explain myself. It’s all in the app… if only there was a way to get the information…? The accommodation was very nice and well priced.
