Lounger at the pool, on the beach, bars, food, waterslides… we never waited once at any time of day. People were amazing and friendly and there were always staff to ensure you were taken care of. "This was my second visit to the Bel Jou, and it was wonderful. The staff were the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The general manager Dean walks around every day to stop and talk to the guests, he truly prides himself on the service his team provides and genguingly wants to make sure his whole team make the guests as comfortable as possible. I couldn't fault one thing, to the cleanliness, maintenance, entertainment and overal service with a big St Lucian smile. The shuttle service to Castries and the beach is a massive plus and its free, what more can you ask for. All the staff from maintenance, bar restaurant, reception, cleaning staff, were exceptional. But I have to mention my girl Princess what a woman, Devon, Sam, reception ladies and we missed Andrea. So many more to mention and Dean the general manager whom is the only hotel manager to walk around greeting and talking to his guests every single day. I've never experienced that in all the hotels I've stayed around the world and I've travelled far. So on that note, thank you, Dean and all the staff at the Bel Jou. You made our stay memorable, and we will definitely be back. "
