The food and the property were excellent. You literally do not need to leave the property for anything. The rooms are in excellent condition and you are never hungry or in need of anything. 10/10 recommended"

"We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! Give Rohan a raise. "

"The staff and this hotel were so nice and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The only thing I was surprised at is that all the dining areas make sure that they have gluten free food but NO SUGAR FREE DESSERTS OR SYRUP for the pancakes for diabetics. I brought it to the attention of a chef named Michael and he said he would look into it. We were there for 10 Days and not one thing was done for the people that are diabetics. We own a timeshare elsewhere and I mentioned it to them also and the next day there was syrup and goodies with the sugar. Shame in coconut bay. It was very windy so the pools were a bit chilly in the morning Overall our 10 day vacation was very pleasant and the food was very good at all the restaurants. I shout out to Starz at the Flip Flop restaurant for lunch. She was so sweet and always made sure we had everything we wanted. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a welcome treat. Thank you for a pleasant vacation."

"The location is insane—right among the Pitons. The staff here might be the best at a high-end resort that I've dealt with. I don't have a single critique of this resort. "
