It was clean, and the front desk was very accommodating when we requested a downstairs room. Be advised, there is no elevator. Great for a weekend stay and very centrally located.

With Lake Chelan being quite a sought after destination for many reasons, it was nice to see a lower priced quality option that was still in a convenient location. It is hard to find good options that are just a few blocks from the lake without having to pay an arm and a leg. I thought the room was very clean, functional, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hot tub concept was great.

At check-in, when the staff saw we were on motorcycles, she offered to move our room from 2nd floor to 1st, and did so, so that we could keep an eye on the bikes. We appreciated this thoughtfulness.
