Worst room I’ve ever been in. I walked in the room and it stunk like animal piss and crap. Seemed like someone was murdered in the room. I immediately left and found another place to stay.

This group usually handles problems that come up with different guests, moving me from room to room. A young repair guy attempted to open door, but chain was on door. The front desk said later that he knew this room was rented.

The floor was dirty. Had to ask for tissue paper and linens. There were cockroaches in the room. The continental breakfast - no milk for cereal, no fruit. The pillows were uncomfortable. Wrong size chair at the desk in the way of getting into the bathroom.

Well this one was bad. First thing when I arrived at 6pm the lobby was locked. The sign in the window says lobby closed 11pm to 6am. Rang the bell, told the guy I had a reservation. He let us in, and as he was ringing us up. I tried to make a joke since he hadn't returned my driver's license. We got to the room. The chair has white writing on the arms. The remote is missing a battery and the beds seemed to lean down, with the head being lower than the foot. I picked up the room phone to call the desk. Couldn't hear a ringtone or anything. Called using my cell phone to the office. No answer. I walked downstairs and had to knock on the door and show him the remote. He did give me new batteries. Overall disappointing.
