Harrisonville Hotel not as advertised.
I recently stayed at your hotel in Harrisonville, Missouri, which was advertised as pet-friendly. However, I was charged $20 per night for my two 5-pound dogs, totaling $60, and this charge was not reflected on my receipt. Additionally, there was no continental breakfast available, despite it being advertised on your webpage. The water in the sink drained very slowly, the curtains did not fully cover the window allowing light to seep through, and the bathtub lacked a stopper. Furthermore, my room was located upstairs near the highway, resulting in significant noise disturbance.

As expected for motel type lodging. Very few places to stay in the area but this was better than another nearby. Although they really should invest in new towels and someone to clean the floors.

This was def a low-end hotel. It smelt like bleach as if they were trying to cover up something. The sheets were stained as well as the towels. I have never seen such poor shaped towels. This hotel was cheap but should have been cheaper for the quality the room was.

This place is just fine for the price you're paying. There are several areas that need updating, and I would describe the room as "clean enough," but it was quiet, cheap, the sheets were clean, and the front desk was friendly. In this price point, I'd stay here again.

Bates Motel type of motel with the doors directly to the outside. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. It’s been over a week and I still feel like I smell like cigarettes. Towels were old and smoke stained. Loud neighbors and thin walls. Fridge was broken and wobbly. Beds were comically high. Could use a rug under the bed since the floors were all plank. Staff was super nice though.

I checked in late, about 9:30 pm, I was greeted promptly and very courteously. Check in took less than 2 minutes and away I went. The hotel itself is quite dated but nicely remodeled. I'm looking forward to a much needed good night's rest, I think this will fit the bill just perfect

They need to improve their housekeeping !
I have stated in this room 215 before. The toilet was loose on the floor then. I told them about it. But it is still loose. The wash rages were badly stained I put them on the floor the next day they replaced them. But they were stained also. The towels were like sandpaper.
