Very pleasant experience- it’s Apparently, a safe neighborhood. I left my car unlocked and the keys are in it. Unknowingly of course. My car was still there with all the cash that was in there as well.

We stayed at this motel and couldn’t get out of our room after trying to open and then lock the door about 10:00 PM. Called the front desk several times and nobody answered so finally called the main phone number and got the desk clerk that was on call. (Found out the next day that the desk is not manned from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.). The clerk got ahold of the manager who came down and with my husband’s help got the door to open. They moved us to another room and were apologetic and the manager said he was to comp us for the room. It’s been 10 days and we’ve never received reimbursement. Quite disappointing. Needless to say, we will not be staying at the Travelodge again.

Sketchy at best
The inside of the rooms are nice & the furnishings look new, however i just had that feeling of "sketchyness" about the motel. I say motel because any place that has 2 floors and no elevator or luggage cart cant be called a hotel. Back behind the motel was some kind of RV park or maybe just a field where people have parked their RVs because there where a few RVs that had a lot of random stuff all around the RV, almost like a junk yard with some RV's mixed in. I almost forgot the best part, no one checked me in. We were arriving late around midnight so i called ahead to let them know. They told me that they had my keys made and registration paperwork already ready for me. When i got there i rang the bell at the front several times and no one responded. I waited for about 10 min and then finally i just looked over the counter and saw my registration so i filled out the paperwork and took my room keys (which they worked at midnight but not when we left at 8am). The even worse part is that my registration wasnt the only one there, there was someone elses registration just sitting next to mine with all of their information on it and room keys. Overall it just gave me that weird sketchy vibe.

we have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much. We stayed here again. We travel with our fur babies and they have an area of grass that even has potty bags available. It is very quiet and it’s right next to a little gas station for a late night snack. Ariana at the front desk is an absolute gem. Search for just an overall sweetheart. Travel to Powell to see friends, but stay in Lovell because we like this motel so well

Perfect price, perfect room
Front desk woman was superb and accommodating! Look, for a super small town stay, it was amazing! Value was incredible. Clean as it gets. You can tell they take pride in their space! If you’re looking for big name hotel amenities, go stay at a big name hotel. Stop expecting so much for such a great value. Great for passing through.
