Santa’s Wonderland Stay
We were told there was no hot water when we checked in. They said it was being worked on. They offered us half off the rooms. We stayed the night and we never had hot water. But we were aware that we may not. At least we were not charged for the whole price.

Was in town for a ball game, and hotels were limited and expensive. You get what you pay for would be the kindest review I could offer. Tiles were bad, gaps under door, carpet needs replaced, and room is in desperate need of fresh paint. Service was kind, facility was lacking

You get what you pay for
This is a great example of "you get what you pay for". This place is extremely outdated. Extremely. The beds are small/full size but clean and not horrible but the sink wouldn't drain, the tub was moldy and yuck (we didn't use it), and the floor had food crumbs in the corner and under the glass covering the desk. Spider web in the bathroom. The room was too warm even though it was a 52 degree evening. Suspecting the heat doesn't work that well because the air coming out at 72 was cool air despite being on the heat setting and despite the room being warm and stuffy. A/C worked fine though. Check in process was easy and the gentleman at the desk was nice but would not stay here again.

This property is extremely out dated! The room had a horrible smell when we first arrived. There were bugs in the tub. The bed was as hard as a rock. The small sofa chair was humid. There were cracks in the floor and ceiling in the restroom. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

This place needs to be demoed and rebuilt! Very outdated and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled as if there was smoking previously in room. The towels smelled like ass and the bedding wasn’t very clean. The facility is poorly maintained and looks terrible with paint peeling on the walls, toilet was barely working and the shower/tub was noisy when running. My advice is tear this place down and build new!

They need to work on their continental breakfast; boiled eggs and a loaf of bread is not what anyone would call a continental breakfast. It's better to not have anything than to have what they did.

SO GROSS…….avoid at all cost
TV didn’t work, wires hanging below TV so not surprised. Plaster on wall broken and holes in the ceiling and walls, furniture from 20+ yrs ago and looks filthy. Shower was gross and stained with shower head plumbing exposed. Towels actually took a layer of skin off they are so cheap. If this place is literally your last option on game weekend I would sleep in your car. How Wyndham has this place in their chain is beyond me. Looks like a place rented by the hour, not to families in a college town. Premium pricing on a football weekend is criminal.
