Had to ask for towels both nights. And the 2nd night they didn't have any towels and gave us hand towels to use. The shower curtain rod hung down so low that we had to hook the shower curtain on the screw to keep it shut on both ends. The air in the room was very damp.

The room they provide us was with a lot of humidity and smells really bad. We can't sleep cause the sheets and our clothes was wet they change us diferent room under similar conditions.

Terrible. Pillows and bed are uncomfortable. It smells like cigarettes and the air is not working right in our room so it’s very hot. It’s also LOUD. and I’m pretty sure it’s moldy bc I can’t stop sneezing and I have a bad headache.
