The staff here really rubbed me the wrong way. Very rude, horrible customer service all around. Staff would act as if they would get agitated or bothered if a costumer needed anything. Wont be back.

First room the AC unit didn’t work but the employee on shift gave us another room that was nice of her plus y’all need to work on getting better tv’s or provider most of the channels had no signal or its was glitching

The breakfast you served is horrible that’s not a breakfast for the $289 I paid to stay there a waffle apple orange juice horrible looking toast just say a quick snack cuz you don’t have no meat eggs nothing that will make a breakfast please change your wording on breakfast

When woke up at 3 am to screaming and someone yelling for help. The front desk first said dont think you getting out of paying. When key didntbwork and my daughter went to get it fixed they was eude and said you better get whoever name on room. When packing to leave. The front desk lady came amd said I hope you know yall better be out before 11 at check out it was only 9:50-10

Unpleasant stay
The room was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was terrible. No coffee. Rancid waffle batter-it was sour and spoiled. no one to attend to the “buffet.” I asked the young lady at the desk for help. She said ok and did NOTHING. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to bring fresh batter, food or make coffee. No one came! Finally, I went through the cabinets and found coffee, so I made a pot of coffee myself! (The lady behind the desk didn’t care-she was playing on her phone the whole time). Other guests came in and were pleased to see that there was at least coffee to go with the nutragrain bars. It was the worst breakfast and stay at any hotel I’ve ever had. The desk people did not care. The lady who checked us in was not friendly. Her shirt said that “sarcasm was a service she offers” It appears to be the only service they offer. Terrible staff. The room and bed were ok, definitely not worth what we paid. This hotel is not Super 8 quality. I will never stay there again.

Skip this one.
Yuck. When is the last time you stayed in a hotel with sheets that were not white? These were pink. I think they were from the 1970s along with the pillows. It was disappointing and we slept without moving and left as soon as possible. Lot of men hanging around outside the rooms which also made me uneasy.

The front desk staff was helpful in assigning us an accessible room on the first floor. The room was comfortable. We couldn’t get the shower to function— only the bathtub faucet. Breakfast was pancakes only. The location was great!

Overpowering cleaning products that had my eyes watering and my nose sneezing. The front desk person was amazing. She helped me change to a less offensive smelling room. I unpacked, only to find out no TV remote. She brought in 3 different remotes but couldn’t get them hooked up. She offered to move me again but I declined as I had been driving all day. Guess you get what you pay for. Never again motel 8
