The bed was dirty with stains and hair in it ( i asked to have the sheets changed), hair in the fridge and the bathroom was gross. The tub was backed up and the bottom so dirty i had to wear crocks to shower but the tub got so full it went into the shoes. when I checked out a day early at 8:30 am they refused to cancel my second nighty blaming it on Expedia and their rules. I used Travelocity. Who said I could cancel the second night but the hotel charged for both nights and would not refund the money and did not check me out because the reciept i was givin still showeed a pending night. But had no problem the day before using a different card than the one I booked with. They will steal your money and the place is disgusting.

Check in and check out were quick, flawless and professional. The bed was never made and we were given only 2 towels a day. The air conditioner was filthy. The mattress was thin and needed replaced.

Great one night visit.
We were in town at Knoebels park and hotel choices were limited. We assumed in our heads this would be a rough nights sleep, but were pleasantly surprised at how nice accomodations were. I would recommend.

This room was barely handicapped accessible. There was no room between the bed and desk for my wheelchair. The coat rack hung out so far that I couldn't position my chair properly to get in and out of the bed. The bed is TOO HIGH for easy transfer from chair to bed. The roll in shower is not actually a roll in shower. There is a three inch barrier so I could not get my wheelchair flush with the bench. The neighbor next door had potted plants lining the sidewalk which limited my access. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are a full time wheelchair user.

The area around the hotel was depleted looking. The hotel its self was sufficient. Kept clean . Staff was friendly . But the appearance it gave was not the best. Not knowing the area at all, I wasn’t sure how safe it was. It is convenient to get on and off the highway. But If I were traveling alone I wouldn’t have stayed.

There is no breakfast. Just coffee. The rooms were in good shape, clean. The stairs to second floor need updating. The machines in the stair hall need updating. Not sure what they were but they made a lot of noise and put out a lot of heat.
