"This was our second visit to this neighborhood, and we absolutely love it. It’s so quiet even with it being primarily family oriented and it’s so close to everything nearby! We love that it’s a short drive to get to whatever beach we want to go to, and we also are always so excited that our favorite coffee place (Beach Bean) isn’t very far in the mornings. Highly recommend this unit to anybody who just wants a very relaxed, quiet, and wonderful place to stay."

"Property is exactly as listed, impeccably maintained, the grounds and neighborhood was beautiful, the pool perfect, and the boardwalk walk to the beach was a favorite for everyone. We went in the off season and basically had the entire place to ourselves. Golf cart was perfect to get us to local hangout spots, etc. My only request would be maybe a little extra basics like extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Those things are hard to buy in small quantities. "

"This property was perfect for our week long beach trip. Only a short walk to the beach and we very much enjoyed having the pool as well. Only a couple minor things. The place was overall clean except the floor was clearly only swept and not mopped. Also, the gazebo by the pool was great for shade by the pool, however, the deck was a little rough with nail heads sticking up, so be careful with bare feet. "
