"We arrived in mid afternoon and the staff was very friendly. They had already put a fan in our room as we had requested when making the reservation. They also were helpful, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining the procedure of catching the shuttle bus to the airport very early the next morning. We were impressed. "

"We decided to have an early Valentines Day at the place where we first started dated...Embassy Suites. Lots of great reno and upgrades. Cadwells Grille had a great bartender who was attending college part time.The drinks were great, the menu, though more limited than before really served up a great flatiron steak entree and the cavitappi was tasty and cheesy. Our rooms were comfy and the only issue was a slow, loud toilet. The free morning brunch was good but the cutlery needs a refresh. Egg station lady fixed some tasty omelets to order. The manager even stopped by our table and gave us a fine welcome. It was a nostalgic return to a place that we met our colleagues, friends and other visiting guests from all over the world. The location is convenient to major expressways, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, parks and the lakefront! "

"The hotel was bright and clean. Check in was easy, and the rooms were what you’d expect. I found the gym to be well equipped as well. However, most rooms do not have their own enclosed hallway.
