I REALLY disliked that my room was constantly trying to be opened. ESPECIALLY 2 hours before my checkout time. I had a man open my door while I was in the bathroom n my baby was sleeping on the bed. He claimed he needed to change the doorknob. Yet i felt so unsafe knowing that the staff let him into my room without my knowledge. where was my permission? talk about invasion of privacy!!

We checked in and the pictures looked nothing like the rooms! The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 2 years there was bed bugs on the window shades and roaches crawling all over the floor. I went to the front desk to get a new room and she gave me two more room and both were infested with roaches. When we arrived our key fob would not work to lock the car and had trouble starting the car so i changed the battery at walmart it worked perfect when i got back to the hotel it would not work again so i loaded my family up and in the car in the hotel parking lot looking up new hotels someone tried to break into our car with us sitting in it. The crowd that was in this hotel staying is very sketchy i did not feel safe leaving my wife and children in this hotel alone it seemed as if this was a crackhead hotel or some sort of half way house.

Check in took a while since there was no one at the counter, halls and elevator smelled terrible. Room was cleaned until my daughter saw roaches in the bathroom. Through the outside, looks nice but inside is disappointing. Gladly it was only for one night.

Waited an hour and a half to be able to get into a room. (Got there at 3:30, check in is at 3, room wasn’t ready until 4:45) they told us it was being cleaned, and staff was rude when we asked for an update because we had already been waiting an hour. When we finally got into the room the floors were sticky and dirty, the trash hadn’t been taken out, the Tv did not work and the dresser was broken. We saw a handful of roaches during our stay as well.

Walked in the front door and the entire lobby smelt like marijuana. There were several homeless ppl outside. Did not get to stay in room because after reserving and showing up, told they had no rooms because they did not clean the room. If you like staying in a place that may not feel safe then stay otherwise get a tenet and stay outside.
