We like that the security sweeps though parking lot, that the pool and hot tub were clean, heated and open till 10pm and also the friendly staff. Will stay again.

This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel, everytime i been here i get the king suite with private pool, everything about the room amazes me and its always cleaned with all amenties provided, everytime i come i see the same employee and im not sure of her name but she is really welcoming and very helpful, i always recommend this hotel to others i know when traveling, this will be the hotel i always come back to

Staff was friendly and the property was clean and up to date. The spas and pools are clean. The staff did a great job sharing the amenities the property offers. Sitting by the fire pit at night was relaxing quiet and safe.

A fine place to spent a night or two. My room was utterly quiet at night, which is everything. The property is in decent shape and the pool was like bathwater, which made my two swims very comfortable. (Pro tip: When they say the pool opens at 8 am, they mean it. The gate is programmed to prevent guests from entering outside of pool hours. So no early morning swims for those heading to work, the airport or other activities.) My one ding is that I went to the trouble of checking in online, including uploading my drivers license, but I had to go through it all again manually upon check-in. Not the end of the world, but also a little confusing. All in all, a great stay at a decent value compared to properties nearby and in Palm Springs.

Loud music by the pool area. No enforcement of guests playing loud music in the pool area. Upon check in we had to initial a form that no music was allowed in the pool area. Nice pools - but way too loud for us! Will not return.
