*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. SunDestin Unit 1712 is a cheerful, airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. The open concept dining/living area boasts beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and overflows with sunshine. The unit houses two bathrooms and three flat-screen televisions and the fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen boasts a stackable washer/dryer for added convenience. Curl up in the master suite with king sized bed, the guest suite with twin beds, or on the queen-sized living room sleeper sofa for a night of peaceful slumber. Enjoy the fresh sea air on the gulf-front private balcony, accessed directly from either the living room or master bedroom.

SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just minutes from a multitude of fun ways to spend your day! Enjoy shopping at Destin Commons, a popular mall with several dining options, shops, and a movie theatre showing the latest releases. Venture to Harborwalk Village for waterfront shopping, paddle board and kayak rentals, and world class fishing.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
