We had a great stay. We stayed on Dec 7/ 24 for jingle fest !! It was Beautifully decorated for Christmas the oval was beautiful and all of the Christmas lights outside and in the lobby my only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy it!! We were too busy with the competition I want to come back when I can just stay and enjoy the oval and the pool!! Great experience, great staff and very clean!! Will be back!! 👏

My stay was not too bad however i did ask for a late checkout. The girl at the desk informed me that it wasnt possible as they were full for Sunday night. Which is fine i didnt expect it. What really bothered me was a little while later i was getting a coffee beside the front desk. Her and another lady were joking around and i heard one of them say. We only have like 15 people staying tomorrow (talking about the breakfast). Also the temperature in my room ran extremely warm.

To much noise
I paid 223$ for my stay! Therefore, it waas a hockey weekend. There was so muche noise in the hall. Adultes and kids playing hockey in the hall, running, screaming.... not to fun for couples who like being calm. When I told the front desk, he appologised but did not seem to care. I would like to be refunded for at least half of what I paid for.

We are close to shopping. When we got to our room about 8 kids were playing hockey in the hall outside our door. I called the front desk because of all the noise. They were quick to respond and cleared the hall. It quieted down right away.
